In our Beginner’s Sourdough Class, you will learn starter maintenance, mixing and stretching your dough, and shaping your loaves. You will go home with all the tools you need to start making your very own delicious sourdough breads immediately!

A bowl and cotton towel to use as a banneton

Access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions, troubleshoot, and share all the yummy things you bake
This class will be held at the Clubhouse at Heritage at Miami Bluffs in Maineville, OH 45039 at 6:30 pm, on Thursday, May 7th. The class runs 1-2 hours.
